  9. California has not enacted any tax rules comparable to the
  10. special federal provisions for Domestic International Sales
  11. Corporations (DISCs) or Foreign Sales Corporations (FSCs).
  12. Thus a DISC or an FSC is taxed under California law in the
  13. same way as any other corporations, and the special federal
  14. treatment of DISC or FSC dividends has no effect on the
  15. California tax treatment of those dividends.
